Account Registration & Eligibility

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Tu99 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Tu99 may temporarily suspend withdrawals if suspicious transactions are detected.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once on their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Tu99 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on tu99 are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. If a technical issue occurs during any game, tu99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.

• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the wager will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or glitch will be voided.
• Using automated bots or software to play games is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Members can close their account at any time from the account settings. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so, as withdrawals may become complicated after the account is closed.
